LiquidIQ

Half of most businesses isn't written down. It's in filing cabinets, in binders on the shop floor, and in the head of the person who's been there nineteen years. LiquidIQ is the program that comes and gets it out.

What it is.

LiquidIQ handles the knowledge and process layer: converting paper records into systems people can actually search, writing the procedures and training that were never written, and mapping how work really happens rather than how the binder says it does.

It's separate from AliveCommerce for one reason — the physical component. Software firms won't send a crew to your floor, and scanning bureaus won't build the system that comes afterwards. That gap is the whole reason the program exists.

Three streams. LEXICON covers paperless office and document automation. LUMENI covers training systems and enablement, for staff, partners and customers. ARCANA covers process design, SOPs and workflow. Most engagements use two of them.

Onsite delivery runs nationally across Canada, plus selected US engagements. Remote work has no geographic limit — and we'll tell you when travel would make a project uneconomic rather than quoting it anyway.

LiquidIQ is a program of AliveCommerce. Agreements and invoicing are issued by AliveCommerce.

Whether it fits.

Written both ways, because the second list saves more time than the first.

LiquidIQ is probably right if

  • Records are on paper and finding anything means walking
  • An audit would take weeks to prepare for
  • Your process only exists in one or two people's heads
  • New hires take months to become useful
  • You have multiple sites doing the same thing differently

It probably isn't if

  • You only need images of documents — a scanning bureau is cheaper and we'll say so
  • The work is entirely remote and software-only — that's AliveCommerce
  • You want an LMS licence rather than content and a system
  • Nobody internally will own the result afterwards

How it relates to a project.

AliveCommerce delivers the same kinds of systems remotely. LiquidIQ is the version that includes people on your site, which is the part that can't be done any other way.

The layer × engagement grid on how we work lays out the whole structure if you'd rather see it on one page.
